Birmingham, AL (April 19, 2008) - Aaron Yates qualified second fastest for Sunday's 17-lap AMA Superstock race.  Yates qualified his Suzuki GSX-R1000 for the front row with a time of 1:25.907.  Geoff May will also start from the front row in the fourth spot.   May rode his dunlop shot Suzuki around the 2.38 mile road course in 1:26.361.  Yates is currently first in overall point in the AMA Superstock championship and May is third.  

The AMA Superstock event takes place tomorrow at 1:00pm CST.
