Alton, VA (August 17, 2007) - Aaron Yates and Jake Holden were second and third fastest, respectively, in the morning practice session of AMA Superstock at VIR.  The start of the day was delayed due to passing rain storm and riders finally took to the track at 12:00pm.   Yates quickest time of the session was 1:26.877 with Holden slightly behind with 1:27.640.  The fastest rider of the practice was Spies with 1:26.753 and was only one-tenth faster than Georgia rider Yates.  The session was cut short a few minutes due to a red flag caused by the lead rider.
